Mode : Work from office (Monday - Friday)

Work Time : 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Software Development Lead with expertise in Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate should be smart, proactive, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. This role involves leading a development team, driving project success, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers working on Microsoft technology stack.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, BA, UI/UX, and Project Managers.
• Review technical designs, code quality, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Drive process improvements and ensure efficient delivery of projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Manage project timelines, sprint planning, and task delegation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
