(Execution-Focused Role)

Location:

hands-on Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Technical Execution

• Plumbing systems: water supply, drainage, pump rooms, STP/WTP
• Fire fighting systems: hydrant, sprinkler systems, fire pumps, UG & OHT tanks
• Testing, commissioning, and coordination for statutory/authority inspections
• Handling BOQ vs drawing discrepancies and managing site modifications

Planning & Control

• Preparation and tracking of project schedules (MS Project / Excel)
• Weekly manpower planning
• Material planning and lead-time tracking
• Coordination with Clients, PMC/Consultants, and other contractors

Commercial & Billing

• Monitoring BOQ vs actual quantities
• Identification of extra and variation items
• Support in RA bill preparation
• Follow-up on variation approvals

Leadership & Communication

• Lead and guide site engineers
• Effective control of vendors and labour
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
• Clear and confident communication with clients and consultants
• Daily progress reporting and written follow-ups

Experience Requirements

• 10–15 years of total professional experience
• Minimum 5+ years in a Project Manager role
• Mandatory exposure to:
• Hotel projects
• Hospital projects
• High-rise residential/commercial developments
• External infrastructure (water, sewer, fire systems)

⚠️ Tender-only or office-based PM profiles are not suitable

Salary Range (Monthly | CG / MP / Odisha)

• 10–12 years:

  Up to ₹80,000

• 12–15 years:

  Up to ₹1,00,000

• Above 15 years

  : Negotiable
• (Compensation based on execution capability, not designation)
