Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Project Schedules, Project Reports, PO, and Resource Plans.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams.

• Ensure quality control, finishing standards, and adherence to safety norms.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients & ensure client requirements are understood and implemented on site.

• Monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, and timelines. Resolve on-site issues, design conflicts, or vendor delays.

• Maintain project documentation (contracts, drawings, approvals, handover reports).

• Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety norms, and industry standards. Conduct final inspections and ensure successful project handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in interior project management / fit-outs.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Good communication and people management skills.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp reporting)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,560.78 - ₹35,639.89 per month
