Monitoring sites & managing the site problems Coordination with clients Material reconciliation Checking measurements Proficiency in MS Excel and MS word Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings Prepare & process subcontractor bills Co-ordination between clients and project team Checking bills, quantities and measurements Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors Project monitoring physical and financial progress for all projects daily Quantity Estimation Mail drafting skills Payment recovery Project handover Getting project completion/performance certificate Getting new work orders based on successful completion of projects Responsible for the completion of the project within the time limit. Responsible for quality management of the work Visit various sites all across India To check that during the project all the legal policies are being followed To make sure contractual labour have neccessary compliances documents To manage the group of people which includes labor, engineers, designers, and others Company: Pacific Fire Controls Pvt Ltd Salary Pkg: 5 lacs - 7 lacs "Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge and experience in fire doors for the position of Project Manager."
