Location:

Own end-to-end project delivery for OTT/media operations and multi-language localization across web/mobile products. Youll lead cross-functional teams, oversee P&L for key accounts, and ensure timely, high-quality releases across regions and platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrating

   deep command of the media operations value chain (digital fulfillment, S&P, localization).

2. Leading and mentoring

   teams for subtitling, captioning, translation, and dubbing to deliver error-free outputs.

3. Managing

   key domestic/international accounts with accountability for P&L and operational efficiency.

4. Driving

   end-to-end localization workflows across languages, regions, and platforms for OTT releases.

5. Monitoring

   multi-project delivery timelines, quality metrics, and resource utilization; keeping stakeholders informed.

6. Coordinating

   with external vendors for localization/subtitling and ensuring seamless cross-partner collaboration.

7. Strengthening

   client relationships, preparing clear status/metrics reports, and supporting pre-sales where needed.

Requirements:

1. 12+ years leading results-driven ops in broadcast/pre-/post-production, localization, or video services.
2. 7+ years in media operations or localization project management with proven end-to-end workflow ownership.
3. Strong understanding of the M&E ecosystem (broadcasters, studios, aggregators, OTT products).
4. Expertise in localization workflow design, vendor coordination, QA, and integrating AI/machine translation.
5. Demonstrated leadership: mentoring high-performing teams; excellent PM, organizational, and multitasking skills.
