Project Manager (Operations)

Role Overview: As a Project Manager (Assistant Manager - Operations) at Writer Information, a premier information solutions and services provider, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a large team, driving performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the BPO/Call Center environment in Agra.
