We’re hiring for a fast-growing, purpose-driven organic food & farming brand that is rapidly expanding its manufacturing and supply chain capabilities. If you excel in driving capacity expansion, improving quality, optimizing processes, and delivering high-impact projects, this role is for you.
5–10 years in manufacturing/operations/projects
Capex execution, quality/process improvement experience
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, utilities & equipment
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM
Excellent project mgmt, vendor coordination & on-ground execution
Engineering background (Mech/Industrial/Production)
FMCG/food processing/agri-processing/D2C manufacturing exposure
ERP/MES/automation project experience
PMP / Lean Six Sigma certification
