Project Manager

Shift-2PM-11PM

Mode-Hybrid

Location-Delhi NCR(Noida ,Gurgaon),Bangalore

Coordination and admin skills for daily operational tasks (approving/rejecting SOWs, onboarding/offboarding partners, sending registration links, managing partner profiles, updating folders, and handling ISO certificates).
Proficiency in Fieldglass and SAP (Clarendon) systems for project activation and compliance tracking.
Attention to detail for verifying quotes, financial codes (WBS), and ensuring compliance with standards.
Ability to support internal and external users, troubleshoot system access, and raise help tickets.
Strong organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are prioritized.
Willingness and ability to learn new systems (Fieldglass can be taught).
Operational focus rather than advanced project management certifications (no need for Prince2, Agile/Scrum).

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project and program management using Agile methodology.
Exp in FieldGlass/SAP
Knowledge/ Certification on scaled-Agile will be an added advantage.
Exp in SOW,quoting,vendor Management.
Understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
