About the Role

Webinar Promotion Manager / Project Manager

You will be responsible for managing timelines, aligning internal teams, executing promotional campaigns, and ensuring flawless delivery of virtual events.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end webinar projects from concept to post-event reporting
• Create and execute webinar promotion strategies across email, social media, and paid channels
• Coordinate with internal marketing, design, sales, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution
• Build and manage event timelines, workflows, and project trackers
• Drive audience acquisition, registrations, and live attendance metrics
• Manage webinar platforms, landing pages, and registration workflows
• Handle speaker coordination, rehearsals, and event-day logistics
• Track campaign performance and optimize promotion strategies for higher ROI
• Prepare post-webinar analytics reports including attendance, engagement, and conversion metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in webinar marketing, event management, digital marketing, or project management
• Proven experience in managing virtual events and promotions
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with webinar platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, Webex, or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with email marketing, LinkedIn promotions, and marketing automation tools
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
