Key Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and motivate the development team to achieve project goals.
Plan, assign, and monitor tasks to ensure the timely completion of projects.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver updates regularly.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure quality standards and deadlines are met consistently.
Utilize strong technical knowledge in .NET, MVC, Angular, and .NET Core to support the team when required.
Identify potential risks or delays and take proactive steps to resolve them.
Conduct regular project review meetings and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Team Lead in IT/software development.
Strong knowledge of
.NET, MVC, Angular, and .NET Core frameworks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in
English
(mandatory).
Strong leadership, time management, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects and ensure client satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
