Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Management:

Own and manage the lifecycle of title launches from multiple regions.
Ensure timely delivery of assets while keeping projects on track with predetermined launch dates.
Track dependencies, predict risks, and mitigate potential issues proactively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with internal teams (Technology, Engineering, Partnerships, Quality Control) and external vendors.
Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure seamless operational execution.
Guide tooling, workflow, and vendor needs to scale operations effectively.

Operational Excellence & Risk Management:

Exercise sound judgment to create or modify launch and delivery plans, including edge cases.
Contribute to initiatives/projects with measurable business impact.
Optimize operational efficiency using a tools-first approach, reserving human intervention for critical judgment and communication.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in large-scale global operations.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience contributing to scalable initiatives with clear business impact.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical and innovative mindset with a passion for operations.
Self-starter mentality with optimism and solution-driven attitude.
Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
Experience in a global organization and working with distributed teams.
Fluency in an additional language is a bonus.
