About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our high-rise residential projects (up to 25 floors). The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery — with a strong focus on Mivan formwork, team leadership, budget control, and quality assurance.

• Project Planning & Scheduling
• Budget & Resource Management
• Team Leadership (Engineers, Architects & Subcontractors)
• Site Execution & Mivan Formwork Oversight
• Quality Control & Safety Compliance
• Risk Identification & Mitigation
• Client, Vendor & Stakeholder Communication
• Contract & Regulatory Management
• Progress Reporting & Documentation

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Education:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management (mandatory)
• Master’s degree / PMP certification preferred

✅ Experience:

• 10–15 years in construction project management
• At least 5 years managing teams
• Hands-on experience with Mivan Formwork Systems
• Proven record in high-rise residential construction

✅ Technical Proficiency:

• Project Management Software (MS Project, Primavera)
• BIM tools (preferred)
• Strong financial, contractual, and safety knowledge
• Deep understanding of building codes and approvals

✅ Key Traits:

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail, quality-oriented, and adaptive
