Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office – 5 days a week, Saturday WFH, last Saturday of the month off)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects across various brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously across different brands.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Act as the key point of contact between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and project documentation for management review.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and performance within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience (4–8 years) as a Project Manager, preferably in marketing, branding, or digital industries.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday: Work From Office (Gurgaon)
• Saturday: Work From Home
• Last Saturday of every month: Off
