Qualifications: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Key Skills:

- Proven experience in managing electrical projects, including plant installation and commissioning

- Strong knowledge of machinery procurement and vendor management

- Expertise in layout planning and civil works

- Ability to oversee installation, commissioning, and erection of new machines

- Excellent project management skills with a focus on timely delivery and budget management

- Experience in greenfield projects, taking a site from bare land to a fully operational plant

Responsibilities:

- Manage electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence

- Oversee the procurement of machinery and equipment, negotiating with vendors and ensuring quality standards

- Plan and execute layout designs, ensuring efficient use of space and resources

- Coordinate with civil works teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems

- Install, commission, and erect new machines, ensuring safe and efficient operation

- Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success

- Develop and implement plant operations and maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance

Greenfield Project Experience:

- Successfully managed projects from site selection to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence

- Coordinated with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities

- Implemented effective project management systems, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing risks

Ideal Candidate:

- Results-driven and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and leadership skills

- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and machinery

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
