Role Overview

Drive hyperscale data center projectsfrom conceptualization to commissioningusing a phased development approach. Serve as the single-point owner, ensuring simultaneous or sequential phase execution, and guarantee on-time delivery with uncompromised quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end turnkey deployment of hyperscale data center projects (design, planning, build, acceptance testing).
• Own multi-phase delivery, coordinating concurrent phases as applicable.
• Collaborate with contractors/vendors and assist with scope clarity, local statutory approvals, and timely project progression.
• Monitor work progress across packages/sub-tasks; proactively identify risks and plan mitigation measures.
• Administer construction site operations with a focus on safety, environmental standards, and efficiency.
• Collaborate on plot assessment and concept planning to add value to project design.
• Ensure partner deliverables consistently align with quality and right first time standards.
• Provide weekly progress reporting, forecasting timelines and costshighlighting issues, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Act as the project single point of contact for customers, coordinating through construction and fit-out phases.
• Champion sustainability initiatives throughout project delivery.
  

Education & Experience

• Minimum of

  10 years

  in technical infrastructure project management.
• Proven track record in delivering data center builds or large-scale commercial projects.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with capability to work both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel as required.
