This solution can be deployed with basic camera equipment in open environments and made operational within a month.

Job Title: Project Manager (5–7 years)

Role Purpose:
The Project Manager will lead strategic initiatives and oversee multiple projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in managing complex programs, preferably with exposure to machine vision in quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage programs aligned with company objectives.
• Develop and oversee budgets, operational plans, and performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring milestones and outcomes are met.
• Establish evaluation frameworks to assess program impact and improvements.
• Coordinate across functions and stakeholders to align deliverables and timelines.
• Monitor program performance in customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and productivity.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
• Collaborate with sponsors, marketing, and development teams to drive high-ROI initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years’ proven experience in project/program management.
• Knowledge of machine vision for quality inspection is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹722,549.00 - ₹1,238,403.43 per year
