Project Manager

The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience in managing full-cycle IT projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in IT services or product-based environments. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end project execution while managing stakeholders, budgets, risks, and ensuring timely delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple IT projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and track project progress using appropriate tools and performance metrics.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost effectively, using structured change control processes.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Perform risk analysis to minimize project risks and ensure contingency planning is in place.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project charters, schedules, status updates, and lessons learned.
• Delegate tasks based on team members' expertise, strengths, and development goals.
• Meet with clients to gather detailed briefs and clarify specific project requirements.
• Ensure project performance aligns with strategic and financial goals, adjusting plans where necessary.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and collaboration across delivery teams.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices, project management trends, and technologies through continuous learning.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process documentation to support project activities.
• Handle any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the IT industry. Proven experience in handling large-scale IT projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

• Proven experience in leading and managing IT projects across various domains.

• Strong familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

• Sound knowledge of risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.

• Hands-on experience in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and lead teams across geographies.

Preferred Experience

• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are preferred.
