Project Manager – IT Services

We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our Vasai office and lead the coordination and delivery of our software services projects — ensuring excellence in communication, collaboration, and execution across teams.

Role Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple ongoing projects, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and with the highest quality. You will act as a bridge between clients, developers, QA, and management — ensuring smooth communication, structured processes, and successful outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys mentoring teams, and has a deep understanding of project management methodologies in a software services context.

• Experience Required: 3+ years in IT project management or service delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for multiple software service engagements.
• Plan, track, and oversee project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with clients (primarily U.S.-based) to understand requirements, define priorities, and set expectations.
• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure proper documentation of all activities.
• Work with the internal teams (developers, QA, infrastructure, design) to remove roadblocks and maintain momentum.
• Establish and enforce clear communication protocols between offshore and onshore teams.
• Ensure high-quality project documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement practices.
• Monitor project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience managing IT or software services projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with U.S. clients or international teams is a plus.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and maintain composure under deadlines.
