Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager (IT) located in Pune. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects. Daily tasks include managing project teams, developing project plans, allocating resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Project Manager will also coordinate with clients and stakeholders, manage project risks, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management and Project Planning skills
• Proven Information Technology experience
• Lead and manage end-to-end

  IT/software development projects

• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with project management tools like

  Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp

  , etc.
• Strong understanding of

  SDLC and Agile/Scrum

  methodologies
• Experience in managing teams and working in a collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
