Role Overview: As an experienced professional with over 1 year in the industry, your role will involve a mix of online bidding, technical proposal writing, and revenue generation for website and mobile app projects. Your expertise in Mobile and Web technologies will be crucial for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Write technical proposals effectively to showcase our services - Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closure - Connect and interact with clients through voice or video calls/conferencing - Plan, implement, track, and enhance strategies for new business - Qualify prospects by aligning their pain points with our services - Build relationships with prospects focusing on value-selling - Identify opportunities through targeted company and contact research Qualification Requirements: - IT/ Computer Science Graduate preferred (B-Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA) - Sales experience with IT services company in the offshore model - Tech-savvy with knowledge of technologies like PHP, Python, MERN, Mobile, Cloud computing, SaaS models - Stay updated with the latest technology trends in website and mobile app development - Experience in managing web development clients, understanding web development and outsourcing risks - Familiarity with offshore development advantages, project closure, and management - Proven track record in client growth and retention - Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively Enjoy benefits such as fixed office timings, leave encashment, and attractive incentives.
