Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist in preparing project plans, including scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Track project milestones and update progress reports.
• Help ensure alignment of deliverables with organizational and client goals.
  

Team Collaboration

• Support coordination across development, design, and operations teams.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating internal and external meetings.
• Document meeting minutes, follow-ups, and action items.
  

Risk & Issue Support

• Identify and document potential risks or blockers during project execution.
• Suggest possible mitigation approaches and escalate when necessary.
  

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Prepare project documentation, status updates, and client-ready presentations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Maintain transparency by sharing progress updates regularly.
  

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Support quality checks to ensure deliverables meet defined standards.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and project efficiency.
  

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Technical understanding of software development concepts, tools, or engineering processes.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Proficient in English communication (verbal and written).
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or Asana is an advantage.
