The Project Manager (5-8yeara of experience) will be responsible for managing end-to-end interior fitout projects — from design coordination and planning to on-site execution and handover. The role demands leadership, technical expertise, and strong client-handling skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, plan, and execute interior fitout projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, BOQs, budgets, and progress reports.
• Oversee quality, safety, and site supervision as per company standards.
• Manage procurement timelines, vendor coordination, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and closure of projects.
• Handle multiple sites and manage teams effectively.
