Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Coordinator - Interiors, located in Ahmedabad. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing interior design projects from inception to completion. Daily tasks include scheduling and coordinating project timelines, communicating with clients and team members, overseeing procurement, ensuring quality control, and maintaining project documentation. The role requires close collaboration with designers and contractors to ensure project goals are met within budget and time constraints.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members
  • Knowledge in interior design principles and practices
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the construction or design industry is a plus


Experience of min 2 -4 years in similar role is preferble.
