Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously within scope, time, and budget.

  • Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Monitor site progress, quality control, and safety compliance.

  • Ensure adherence to design intent, specifications, and regulatory standards.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (e.g., progress reports, change orders, handover documents).

  • Resolve site and design issues in a proactive, timely manner.

  • Conduct regular site meetings and update stakeholders on progress.

  • Manage procurement schedules and delivery timelines of materials and finishes.

  • Oversee final inspections, snag lists, and project closeout procedures.

Requirements:

  • B.E-Civil

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management for interior fit-out projects.

  • Candidate should have exp from Project management.
