Manage and deliver multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously within scope, time, and budget.
Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor site progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
Ensure adherence to design intent, specifications, and regulatory standards.
Prepare and maintain project documentation (e.g., progress reports, change orders, handover documents).
Resolve site and design issues in a proactive, timely manner.
Conduct regular site meetings and update stakeholders on progress.
Manage procurement schedules and delivery timelines of materials and finishes.
Oversee final inspections, snag lists, and project closeout procedures.
B.E-Civil
Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management for interior fit-out projects.
Candidate should have exp from Project management.
