Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery Leadership

• Own the project lifecycle from initiation to deployment and transition to support.
  
• Build detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, estimates, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  
• Lead requirement analysis and ensure alignment with business goals and KPIs.
  

Governance, Reporting & Control

• Maintain governance artifacts including RAID logs, project plans, risk trackers, and decision logs.
  
• Monitor delivery progress, foresee risks early, and drive issue resolution before escalation.
  
• Ensure compliance with Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies and SDLC quality standards.
  
• Publish structured reports: WSRs, daily updates, dashboards, and milestone reviews.
  

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Act as the primary bridge between clients, technical teams, architects, and leadership.
  
• Facilitate workshops, sprint ceremonies, stand-ups, governance meetings, and requirement discussions.
  
• Manage expectations, align priorities, and maintain transparent communication at all levels.
  

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a team of 45 members with focus on coaching, performance tracking, and accountability.
  
• Coordinate across global delivery teams (QA, platform, integration, architects).
  
• Track sprint velocity, burn-downs, progress blockers, and ensure timely milestone delivery.
  
• Promote collaboration, clarity, and knowledge sharing across all workstreams.
  

What You Bring

• 710 years of PM experience (minimum 2 years in ServiceNow)
  
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Integrations
  
• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise or ServiceNow programs
  
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  
• Preferably experience in

  Telecom / Healthcare / BFSI

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Scrum Boards, ServiceNow PPM
  

Certifications

• Mandatory:

  ServiceNow CSA

• Preferred:

  CIS (ITSM/ITOM/CSM), PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master
