Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager in Digital Marketing,Work from office, located in Kolkata. The Project Manager will oversee digital marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery. Their responsibilities will include expediting processes, managing inspections, handling logistics, and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will also ensure projects stay within budget and meet the desired quality standards.

Professional Experience:

✅ 2-3 years of experience managing digital marketing projects or campaigns, ideally in an agency environment.

✅ Hands-on experience in:

Managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Coordinating with design, content, paid media, and tech teams.

Client communication and expectation management.

💡 Skill Set

🔹 Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Jira, or similar.

🔹 Marketing Tools Understanding: Awareness of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO basics, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

🔹 Strong organisational skills: Ability to create clear briefs, timelines, and trackers.

🔹 Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for team and client coordination.

🔹 Problem-solving skills: Quick decision-making and adaptability in campaign pivots.

🔹 Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics: CPC, CPM, ROAS, CTR, conversions.
