Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
Work closely with Product Architects, Business/Operations Groups, and Client Management to understand requirement priorities and business value.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Development teams to ensure proper prioritization and progress of stories.
Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise technical project teams to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
Plan and drive prioritization discussions, coordinate releases, and conduct governance meetings.
Work with client leadership to obtain approvals for changes.
Manage development and QE employees aligned to specific product teams; provide regular feedback, guidance, and support escalations.
Identify opportunities to automate, increase efficiency in development/testing, and improve overall delivery quality. Drive a “Shift-left” strategy, including integrated automation wherever possible.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing and refining development/QE processes regularly.
Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and promote Agile practices across teams.
Facilitate cross-team collaboration, providing a unified view from a delivery standpoint and mentoring team members.
Lead design reviews, participate in technical discussions, and provide guidance on complex problem resolution.
Work with geographically dispersed teams, including engineers, product managers, customer-facing staff, and senior R&D leadership.
Support project planning, resource prioritization, and balancing customer needs, support issues, technical architecture, and feature development.
Participate in architectural discussions, facilitate healthy debate, and recommend technical solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Quality Assurance, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Software Development and/or Quality Assurance.
5+ years of experience in an Agile environment.
5+ years of experience in a management/people leadership role.
5+ years of experience in technology project management, managing multiple projects and teams.
Proven record of delivering complex data projects with strong understanding of data engineering concepts.
Strong leadership, technical thought leadership, and commitment to delivering high-quality data solutions.
Experience in Cloud-based software architecture, development, and testing solutions (preferably AWS).
Technology-driven engagements building secure and scalable applications (.NET, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Java/J2EE).
Experience in building payment processing applications, including integration with payment gateways, merchant accounts, payment APIs, and transaction workflows.
Promote product engineering best practices such as automation and high-quality deliverables.
Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) is desirable.
Excellent people management and leadership skills.
Strong logical mindset and problem-solving aptitude.
Ability to facilitate discussions and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
Collaborative mindset with a drive to optimize processes and deliver results.
