About The Role

We are hiring

Technical Project Managers

who can lead and deliver complex IT projects – not just manage timelines, but also

understand technology

(like .NET, Java, Python) and engage in technical conversations. If you’ve worked on

migrations, system upgrades, or platform transitions

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle – planning, execution, tracking, delivery
  • Work closely with development teams (.NET, Java, Python)
  • Understand technical discussions, risks, and make informed decisions
  • Handle application migrations, upgrades, or modernization projects
  • Communicate with stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure project delivery
  • Work in Agile/Scrum or hybrid environments

Must-Have Skills

  • 14–17 years of total IT experience
  • Strong experience leading technical projects (not just Scrum ceremonies)
  • Familiar with development in .NET / Java / Python (or closely worked with such teams)
  • Experience with migrations, re-platforming, or legacy modernization
  • Able to talk tech: architecture, APIs, databases, infrastructure, etc.

Nice to Have

  • Prior coding/development experience
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Certifications (PMP, SAFe, CSM, etc.)

Skills
