- Manage all phases of hospitality and commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant local, state, and federal construction regulations.

A successful Project Manager - Hospitality & Commercial Projects should have:
- A strong background in managing hospitality and commercial construction projects.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate diverse project teams.

- A solid understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
- The ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
