Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our office. The role will be to manage a design project through its lifecycle. Defining timelines, budgets, maintaining client and consultant relationships will be a vital part of the Project Managers role. The selected candidate will get an opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across India. Responsibilities: Prepare project briefs and schedules and cost estimates at various stages of the project. Finalize and onboard various consultants, experts and advisors for the project. Represent HCP at various forums, client groups, stakeholder meetings, organize meetings as and when required and prepare notes and minutes of meetings Coordinate with the design team, consultants, contractors to improve the design Lead and manage the schedule and budget throughout the project life cycle. Draft letters, emails, MoMs, Project notes etc. in grammatically correct English Conduct periodical site visits to ensure adherence of design and resolve site issues. Support the Business Development team for contracts and proposals. Education: Mandatory: A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering / construction management Preferred: Master's degree in project management. Experience: Years: 2 to 5 years Industry: Project & Construction Management Skills (Mandatory): Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in the English language. Good interpersonal and networking skills. Analytical skills and ability to interpret data, collate information, and prepare reports. Excellent planning and organizing skills. Time & priority management Leadership skills. High proficiency in MS office and MS Projects. Understanding of design concepts, drawings, construction codes and standards. Ability to think rationally and resolve issues with a solution-oriented approach.
