About the Role

• Project Planning & Execution

• Lead civil construction, utilities, and plant setup activities for greenfield feed manufacturing units.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.

• Plant Commissioning

• Supervise installation and commissioning of process equipment, utilities, and support infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory norms.
• Conduct trial runs, testing, and handover of facilities to operations teams.

• Vendor & Contractor Management

• Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with civil, electrical, and mechanical contractors.
• Monitor contractor performance against milestones and SLAs.

• Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams including procurement, production, EHS, and finance.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, challenges, and corrective actions.

• Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to all environmental, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with local authorities for project approvals and clearances.

Candidate Profile.

• Bachelors Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Project Engineering (Masters preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in

  Greenfield projects

  (preferably feed, food, fertilizer, or process industries).
• Strong exposure to

  civil construction, utilities, and commissioning of manufacturing plants

  .
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects within cost and time constraints.
• Excellent leadership, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Willingness to be based at project sites (Vijayawada/Jaipur).
