Project Manager – Hospitality Interiors

Project-based (Pan-India deployment as per project requirement)

Role Overview

end-to-end site execution

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

  • Lead complete

    interior fit-out execution

    for hospitality projects (guest rooms, corridors, public areas, F&B, back-of-house).
  • Manage and coordinate

    site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and in-house labour

    .
  • Ensure execution strictly as per

    approved drawings, mock-ups, specifications, and brand standards

    .
  • Handle

    live hotel constraints

    , phased handovers, and night working where required.

2. Planning & Daily DPR Tracking

  • Prepare and update

    Daily Progress Reports (DPRs)

    with:
  • Activity-wise progress
  • Manpower deployment
  • Material status
  • Issues / constraints / risks
  • Track

    weekly and monthly execution targets

    against approved project schedules.
  • Highlight delays, bottlenecks, and recovery plans proactively to senior management.

3. Budget Monitoring & Cost Control

  • Monitor

    project budgets

    against BOQ and work orders.
  • Track

    material consumption, wastage, and labour productivity

    .
  • Verify subcontractor bills, vendor invoices, and RA bills against site progress.
  • Ensure execution within approved

    cost, scope, and timelines

    .

4. Quality Control & Compliance

  • Implement

    QA/QC checklists

    for joinery, finishes, furniture, ceilings, and wet areas.
  • Ensure mock-ups and samples are approved before bulk execution.
  • Coordinate snag-free handovers and timely closure of punch lists.
  • Maintain safety compliance and site discipline.

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Act as the

    single point of contact on site

    for internal teams.
  • Coordinate with

    design, factory, procurement, and QA teams

    .
  • Escalate technical, commercial, or schedule risks in advance.
  • Attend site meetings and submit regular reports to Project Director / Ops Head.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong

    on-site execution knowledge

    in hospitality interiors
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • Joinery & loose furniture
  • Ceiling & partition systems
  • Finishes, veneers, laminates, stone & tile works
  • Excellent

    budget tracking & cost control skills

  • Proficient in DPR preparation and reporting

  • Ability to manage multiple trades and tight timelines

  • Good communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in

    Civil Engineering / Interior / Architecture

  • Experience with hotel brands

    (Taj, Marriott, Hyatt, etc.) preferred
  • Comfortable working on

    live sites and fast-track projects
