Project Support: Assisting senior project managers in day-to-day project activities, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Coordination: Facilitating communication between project stakeholders, team members, and departments to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and progress.
Documentation: Managing project documentation such as meeting minutes, progress reports, and project plans, ensuring everything is up to date and organized.
Scheduling and Planning: Assisting with creating project schedules, task assignments, and tracking deadlines, making sure that the team stays on track.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and issues and bringing them to the attention of the senior project manager or project lead.
Budget Monitoring: Assisting in tracking project expenses and budgets to ensure financial compliance.
Stakeholder Management: Supporting senior managers in communicating with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and changes.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards by reviewing outputs and helping maintain compliance with project requirements.
Tools and Technology: Managing project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, click up, Teamwork ) to track progress and share updates with the team.
Reporting: Generating regular status reports to update the team and stakeholders on the project's health, progress, and any challenges.
