Job Description

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of civil construction projects—from planning and design coordination to execution and completion. The role involves managing site teams, ensuring quality, maintaining timelines, and controlling project costs while meeting client expectations and adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise all civil construction activities at multiple project sites.
  • Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, and work schedules.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors for project approvals and execution.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and cost to ensure completion within defined scope and budget.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
  • Allocate resources efficiently—labour, materials, and equipment.
  • Manage site engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Approve material purchases, verify bills, and control wastage.
  • Handle client communication and ensure project milestones are met as per contractual obligations.
  • Identify risks or delays and take proactive corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 2–10 years of experience in project execution and management of civil construction works (residential, commercial, or industrial).
  • Proven experience in site coordination, contractor management, and resource planning.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project documentation.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously under strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of interior fit-out and finishing works.
  • Experience in handling billing, estimation, and quantity surveying.
  • Familiarity with quality and safety management systems.
  • PMP / Project Management certification (added advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
