We are looking to add a skilled Project Manager to our dynamic team to lead key projects that will drive our strategic objectives and continue our legacy of excellence. Role Description We are looking for a Project Manager who will support the Project Management team by managing project documents, handling client interactions, and tracking project progress. The Project Manager plays a key role in maintaining our tools and trackers, communicating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects stay on track. Key Responsibilities Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Create comprehensive project plans for internal teams and clients. Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure timely completion of milestones and adherence to quality standards. Monitor project progress and prepare scheduled reports on milestones and deliverables. Communicate project status, risks, and issues proactively to all stakeholders. Manage budgeting and forecasting to ensure projects are completed within budget. Identify and minimize project risks throughout the life cycle. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred: Master’s degree or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Experience Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in the software industry. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies; CSM accreditation or equivalent is preferred. Experience in an Agile delivery environment with a focus on metrics such as cycle time, throughput, and WIP. Team-oriented with a growth mindset and strong communication skills. Stakeholder management and ability to handle cross-functional teams. Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills. Proficient in MS Office and project management tools. Understanding of change management and performance evaluation processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
