Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager – Fitouts

Base Location: NCR (with Pan India Travel as required)

Experience Required: 8+ Years in Fitouts

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Civil / Interior) or equivalent

Role & Responsibilities:

End-to-end project execution of fit-outs – from planning to handover.
Preparation and verification of BOQs, rate analysis, and cost estimations.
Client handling – ensure smooth communication, regular updates, and satisfaction.
Vendor management – sourcing, negotiation, finalization, and performance monitoring.
Billing & documentation – preparation, verification, and approval of project bills.
Coordination with internal teams (design, procurement, MEP, accounts, etc.) for timely execution.
Project management – planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, quality checks, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Maintain complete documentation of projects, reports, and compliance records.
Lead site teams and ensure successful project completion within time, cost, and quality standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in BOQs, billing, vendor handling, and project documentation.
Excellent client management and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other project management tools.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Flexibility to travel Pan India as per project requirements.
