We are seeking a female Project Manager with an MBA and a strong foundation in project execution and team coordination. The ideal candidate should bring energy, ownership, and leadership to drive results across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams across development, design, testing, and client coordination.
• Strategic Execution: Translate business objectives into actionable project plans and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and updates.
• Risk & Resource Management: Identify potential risks, allocate resources efficiently, and manage dependencies proactively.
• Process Improvement: Recommend best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and delivery outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• MBA (Master of Business Administration) — Mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project or team management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or PMP preferred).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing software or technology-based projects.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
