Job Description

PROJECT MANAGER Project Management (PM) is responsible for the successful execution and achieving key objectives of the projects. PM owns providing direction, coordination, implementation, execution, monitor and control of projects throughout the various stages of the project management. PM serves as a primary point of contact for stakeholders (internal, vendor partners and clients) during the implementation phase of the projects and includes day-to-day interface on project commitments and updates, leading stakeholder and client meetings, ensuring project delivery is appropriate, timely, and accurate. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects from initiation, planning, requirements definition through deployment, budget estimations, change management and risk mitigations Coordinate with project team (internal & external) for adherence to scope, priorities, schedule, and budget Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Keep stakeholders (internal & external) with up-to-date status updates, risks and changes through defined governance structure Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers Coordinate with resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan Skills & Qualifications: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Planning and organizing Decision-making Effective interpersonal & communication skills Influencing and leading Conflict management Ability to work in a high-stress work environment Experience: Qualification: Minimum 10 yrs. in project management or equivalent Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management Knowledge of project management techniques and tools Direct work experience in project management capacity Proven experience in stakeholders management Proven experience in strategic planning Proven experience in risk management
