Our innovative platform is designed to enhance customer engagement Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Power BI Expert (5+ Year of Exp). The candidate should have deep understanding of transforming complex datasets into insightful, interactive dashboards and reports. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Power BI dashboards and reports. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement advanced Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to meet business needs. Design multi-dimensional data models & transformation using Power Query and DAX to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and identify key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement best practices in data visualization and dashboard design to ensure clarity and effectiveness. Perform data cleansing, transformation, and modeling to prepare datasets for analysis. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights Create interactive visualizations and reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends. Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed reports to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Optimize Power BI queries and data refresh schedules for improved performance. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities. Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and relational databases. Experience with Power Automate & Power Apps for automation and workflow integration. Familiarity with Python for data manipulation and analysis (a plus).
