Position Title:

Project Manager – ERP

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and delivery of ERP solutions, with a strong preference for candidates who have hands-on experience with Odoo ERP. The role requires excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of ERP systems to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ERP implementation projects from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with ERP capabilities.
• Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, functional, and business) to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to budgets and deadlines.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct user training and ensure proper documentation of project deliverables.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project updates.
• Ensure ERP solutions meet quality standards and support post-implementation stabilization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in ERP project management, with at least 1–2 years of Odoo ERP implementation experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of any ERP systems, business processes (Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• PMP/Prince2 or other project management certifications is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
