Project Planning & Execution:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle—from design coordination to handover.Define project scope, establish schedules, and ensure timely delivery within budget.Manage approval processes with clients, landlords, and regulatory bodies.
BOQ & Drawing Interpretation:
Review BOQs, technical drawings, and design layouts to ensure specifications are met.Coordinate with architects and consultants for design feasibility.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Negotiate with vendors, handle procurement, and coordinate with subcontractors.Engage with clients, landlords, and leasing teams for seamless execution.Ensure all permits and regulatory approvals are secured before project commencement.
Quality Control & Inspections:
Conduct regular site inspections and enforce adherence to quality standards.Address snag lists to ensure defect-free project handovers.
Budget & Cost Control:
Monitor project costs, manage material procurement, and process vendor payments to maintain budget discipline.Proactively identify and mitigate cost overruns.
Timeline & Risk Management:
Monitor progress against schedules and adjust plans as needed.Identify and resolve potential project risks or delays proactively.
