As an Inventory and Procurement Manager, your role involves managing inventory and stock levels to ensure the availability of materials. You will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to procure goods cost-effectively. Your duties will include maintaining accurate records of purchases and inventory, ensuring proper storage and handling of materials, and monitoring and forecasting inventory requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to understand their material needs, handle returns and exchanges with vendors, and implement and maintain effective procurement policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inventory and stock levels - Source and negotiate with suppliers - Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory - Ensure proper storage and handling of materials - Monitor and forecast inventory requirements - Collaborate with other departments - Handle returns and exchanges with vendors - Implement and maintain effective procurement policies and procedures Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management and purchasing - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office In this role, you will need to utilize your skills in inventory management, vendor negotiation, procurement, MS Office, ERP software, supply chain management, data analysis, and attention to detail.
