• You are proficient in Risk management, Resource management, Report development, Project planning, Project budgeting.
• You have +3 years experience in Project management, Power electronics, Engineering.

Responsibilities and more:

As a Project Manager, you will be working for local and global development projects.

Your focus will be on achieving milestones of all development content while delivering

Quality, Cost and Time.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning, Effort estimation, Scheduling, Resource Management, Project

Tracking, Project Budgeting, Risk Management, Lesson Learned, Reviews,

Project Meetings and stakeholder interactions.

• Create, coordinate and manage the overall development schedule to ensure

alignment between multiple functional disciplines and the project milestones.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration to

track maturation and capture open concerns.

• Analyse performance of projects to provide insights and track key performance

indicators (KPIs)

• Communicate complex findings and insights to management

• Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, and reports.

• Communicate project progress, status updates, and risks to stakeholders.

• Conduct reviews to evaluate outcomes and assist in facilitating decision-making

within the project team.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related

field. MBA in Project Management or Business development or equivalent is

preferred.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or engineering within

the Variable Frequency Drives or similar power electronics industries.
