Project Manager (EMI EMC)

Role Description

· Understand customer EMI/EMC lab requirements and translate them into technical system architecture.

· Participate in technical discussions, RFP/RFQ review, compliance matrix preparation. 

· Support sales team in BOQ/BOM finalization, costing, and proposal technical write-ups. 

· Coordinate with internal resources & OEM/suppliers for test system delivery, calibrations etc & Monitor milestones

· Conduct Presentation and training on customer specified requirements.

· Coordinate prepare Project Dossier including equipment layout, Compliance Test Report, Installation protocols, Warranty & Calibration Certificate bundle, Operation Manual & Training Session.

· Conduct end-user training for test engineers on system operation and safety norms.

· Ensure smooth handover with sign-off the project.

· Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

· Conduct workshops and Seminars Provide technical solutions, support and meeting the customer for technical discussions. 

· Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations.

· Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions

· Providing product technical suggestion

Attending trade conferences, meetings etc.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/ E&TC / Instrumentation)

EMI / EMC

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 

· Effective presentation and communication skills, Team player, Proactive, Go-getter personality. 

· Creativity and commercial awareness. 

· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. 

· Strong proficiency in MS office tools 

· Ready to travel at PAN India level as and when required.
