Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce platform projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT project management, strong leadership abilities, and proven experience in managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced digital environments. You will be responsible for ensuring e-commerce projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high quality and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for new and ongoing e-commerce initiatives, including platform development, upgrades, and third-party integrations.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Act as the central point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Track project progress using tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure all projects comply with data security, performance, and UX best practices.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed project reports to senior management.
• Continuously evaluate project processes and workflows to drive efficiency and improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 years specifically in e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce architecture, payment gateways, APIs, CMS platforms, and integrations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data analytics tools like Google Analytics, GA4, or similar.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing basics.
• Ability to work with international or remote teams across different time zones.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
