Project Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate architectural, construction, and interior projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee all stages of project execution from concept to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, resource allocation plans, and progress reports.
• Monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
• Manage procurement, material approvals, and contractor deliverables.
• Identify risks, resolve on-site issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Conduct regular project meetings and ensure smooth communication among all parties.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel or other project management tools.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, project workflows, contracts, and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and manage teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in project coordination and management.
• At least 2 years of proven managerial/supervisory experience in handling teams and site operations.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
