Project Manager

As a Project Manager in the corporate interior fit-out projects, your role will involve developing and reviewing project plans, blueprints, and specifications. You will be responsible for managing commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and within budget. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating detailed project plans, blueprints, and specifications. - Reviewing and refining project plans for accuracy and feasibility. - Overseeing the entire lifecycle of commercial fit-out projects. - Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and maintaining strong relationships. - Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project. - Managing project budgets and schedules, monitoring and controlling costs. - Leading and managing the project team, collaborating with professionals. - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. - Managing and coordinating sub-contractors, negotiating contracts. - Ensuring all financial aspects of the project are properly managed and closed. - Planning and allocating resources effectively, optimizing resource utilization. - Obtaining necessary approvals and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in corporate interior fit-out projects. - Extensive experience in corporate interior fit-out work. - Strong communication skills for effective client coordination. - Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
