· Oversee all construction activities to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
· Lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordination, and implementation.
· Manage a team of Site Engineers, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project objectives are met.
· Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to facilitate effective project communication and collaboration.
· Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
· Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
· Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and conflicts that may impact project delivery, implementing corrective actions as needed.
· Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
· Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
· Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities, maintaining positive relationships and reputation.
