Job Description

Manage multiple high-priority MDM projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Oversee project financing, budgeting, and PMO activities, providing clear and concise reporting to stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts.
Implement and maintain strong project governance and resource planning frameworks.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager managing a portfolio of projects in large enterprise.
Strong background in project financial management and PMO activities.
Experience with Data Management and/or Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in complex, global organizational structure.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in Master data management, innovation, or technology-focused environment.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Prior experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector is a plus.
