We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in IT infrastructure projects, especially in Data Center migrations and Disaster Recovery implementations. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver critical infrastructure projects on time and within budget, ensuring high levels of system availability and resilience.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing various IT infrastructure projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver data center build/migration/consolidation and disaster recovery projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for project execution.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct risk management and mitigation planning for infrastructure projects.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
• Lead DR drills, testing, and validation of failover and failback processes.
• Monitor infrastructure performance metrics and suggest improvements post-project.
• Ensure compliance with information security and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ITIL).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing end-to-end IT infrastructure projects.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Data Center and Disaster Recovery projects.
• Strong understanding of networking, storage, servers, virtualization, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) infrastructure.
• Excellent project management skills with proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Familiarity with ITIL, PMP, or Prince2 methodologies (certifications are a plus).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
